Represent clients in court and before government agencies
Draft and review legal documents and contracts
Handle law and motion practice
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
Advise clients on real estate and related transactions
Ensure compliance with California laws and procedures
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license required
Strong knowledge of California civil procedure
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage client relationships effectively
Preferred
Experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord-tenant law preferred
Real estate broker's license a plus
