Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital assets
Maintain marketing calendars, organize shared drives, track marketing inventory, and process invoices or co-op documentation
Upload and update basic website content and social media posts under the guidance of senior team members
Maintain customer contact lists and distribution databases
Support internal communication initiatives, including updating digital monitor content and employee messaging
Assist with logistics for marketing events, including assembling materials and preparing signage or giveaways
Provide entry-level graphic support using templates or tools such as Canva to create internal flyers or simple promotional assets
Document and track marketing activities such as promotion participation and material distribution
Coordinate with vendors or branches to fulfill marketing supply requests
Participate in marketing team meetings and training sessions to understand campaign workflows
Perform other tasks as needed to support broader marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
Comfortable using digital platforms such as social media, website content managers, or email marketing systems (experience helpful but not required)
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a marketing environment
Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Ability to handle light travel or assist at local events when needed
Preferred
Basic familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred
Prior experience in an office, marketing, or administrative support role strongly preferred
