Responsibilities

Process invoices from multiple vendors by routing electronically as necessary for appropriate approval and reconcile against purchase orders
Pay vendors by scheduling and preparing weekly check/ACH payment batches, Initiate wire payments as necessary
Audit employee expense reports for compliance with company policies; process weekly ACH reimbursement payment batches
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions; ensure refund is received for outstanding memos
Maintain historical records by filing documents
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Additional related duties as needed and / or assigned

Required

1-3 years Accounts Payable experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a high degree of problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
Reliable and professional attitude
Experience with ERP / Financial systems (preferably Oracle)
Strong knowledge of Excel and 10 key
