Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience in project management or design consultancy
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs
Deep understanding of AI systems and their practical applications
Strong skills in identifying and mitigating risks related to AI implementation
Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create solutions from scratch
Demonstrated success in building trust across various stakeholder groups

Advanced project management methodologies with a proven track record of translating complex strategies into actionable, high-impact initiatives
Human-centered design techniques, including user research, iterative prototyping, and technology-enabled solution development
Translating complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centered educational solutions
Developing responsible AI implementation strategies in complex organizational environments
Facilitating collaborative processes that bring diverse teams together toward a common goal
Continuously learning and adapting in rapidly evolving technological and educational landscapes
