Project Coordinator

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support small-scale security integration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards while focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage small security integration projects
Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates
Ensure project work meets quality standards and compliance
Monitor progress and resolve issues to minimize delays
Review scopes of work and closeout documentation
Coordinate procurement and delivery of project materials
Support accurate project costing and billing
Assist with larger projects as needed
Contribute to workflow improvements and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
MUST have experience supporting security teams, network security teams, construction, or similar environment
Experience in security integration, low-voltage systems, construction coordination, or a related technical field preferred
Experience in security integration or construction coordination
Strong project coordination or management background
Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficiency in project management software
Problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
Valid driver's license and proper vehicle registration
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred
Familiarity with OSS quality standards
Experience with documentation platforms
Knowledge of compliance requirements or audits
