Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Electrical BIM execution across engineering and construction projects
Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit MEP and AutoCAD 2D/3D models
Support electrical design documentation, coordination, and clash detection efforts
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure BIM accuracy and alignment
Manage multiple tasks and deliverables while meeting project deadlines
Adapt to changing project priorities in fast-paced environments
Support and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience with an architecture/engineering consulting firm or contractor
Strong understanding of the electrical construction business
Hands-on proficiency with Revit Architecture/MEP (2010+) and AutoCAD 2D/3D (formal training alone is not sufficient)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in collaborative team environments
Ability to work under pressure and interact professionally with all levels of staff
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with Oracle or other enterprise systems
