Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership across multiple communities and service lines
Translate Board and executive vision into measurable operational outcomes
Drive operational efficiency, consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement scalable operational systems
Provide strategic and financial insight to support executive decision-making
Build, mentor, and lead senior and regional operational leaders
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and initiatives to ensure sustainable profitability
Identify growth opportunities, including new markets and partnerships
Lead risk management, compliance, emergency preparedness, and business continuity
Leverage data, analytics, and innovation to enhance operational performance and resident experience
Qualification
Required
Experience managing 15 or more communities
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and scaling operations across multiple sites
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
Oregon-based or willing to relocate
