Responsibilities

Advisor and client coordination

Account transfers, documentation, and paperwork

Partnering with back-office and client engagement teams

Project manages the transition

Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform

Qualification

Financial services experienceAdvisor onboarding experienceProject management backgroundBack-office operationsCommunication skills

Required

Recent, hands-on experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a broker-dealer environment

Direct experience supporting financial advisors through the transition of a book of business

End-to-end advisor onboarding experience, including: Advisor and client coordination, Account transfers, documentation, and paperwork, Partnering with back-office and client engagement teams

Background in project management and/or back-office operations supporting financial advisors

Proven experience working closely with advisors (not acting as an advisor, trader, or portfolio manager)

Strong job stability with consistent tenure, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment

Experience focused on advisor transition and onboarding, rather than fintech, platform-only, or vendor-side support roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed

Local candidates only - training completed fully Onsite for 4-6 weeks then Hybrid schedule in office 3 days per week at St. Petersburg, FL 33716

Preferred

Someone who has worked with RA's (Registered advisors) - that would be great fit. (From LPL or Schwab)

If have worked with more project Management, that would be ideal

Certifications - not must
