Director, Sales Vertical Accounts, Spectrum Business
Spectrum is a leading provider of modern enterprise technology solutions, and they are seeking a Director of Sales Vertical Accounts to lead a geographically dispersed team. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue within strategic verticals and major accounts while coaching and developing the sales team.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and programs selling Voice, Video, transport, data and managed solutions
Manage the development and implementation of continuous process improvements
Define strategic programs for business clients to improve sales
Coach your team on consultative sales techniques and provide training support
Implement commercial services product and procedure updates within a region
Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders by attending conferences and meetings
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of telecommunications, ISP and high-speed data experience
Four or more years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment
Ten or more years of general management experience
Direct experience with strategic and major account programs
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies
Familiar with Salesforce
Budgeting, resource management, planning, organizational development and English communication skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment requiring change management
Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Track record of leading a transactional, metric-driven go-to-market sales model
History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
