Qualification
Required
Experience with call center operations
Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware
Proficiency in using ticketing systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft and Dell products
Experience with remote support software
Previous customer service experience
Experience with ServiceNow
