Install software and troubleshoot basic issues
Update and maintain accurate ticket notes
Collaborate with team members for problem-solving
Utilize Service Now tools
Ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience with call center operations
Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware
Proficiency in using ticketing systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft and Dell products
Experience with remote support software
Previous customer service experience
Experience with ServiceNow
