12+ years expvTech Solution Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Product/Functional Specialist P2P to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementation within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process area.

Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly within the Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables modules
Support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
Perform month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, and support for P2P processes
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support training activities
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions
Assist with data cleanup, conversion, and reconciliation activities
Provide application support and assist in the transition of business requirements to development teams
Qualification
Required
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly within the Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables modules
Support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
Perform month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, and support for P2P processes
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support training activities
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions
Assist with data cleanup, conversion, and reconciliation activities
Provide application support and assist in the transition of business requirements to development teams
12+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP (EBS/Cloud Suite)
Expertise in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process area, specifically Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables modules
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis
8+ years of experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation within the P2P process area
Demonstrable expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and the ability to support implementation and production support
12+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with Public Sector implementations is highly desired
