Responsibilities

Own global event audience acquisition. Plan, build, and optimize omnichannel campaigns (email, paid search, social, retargeting, SEO, and community marketing)
Lead by doing. Personally execute and optimize campaigns—analyzing data, refining creative, and improving conversion in real time
Create persona-based B2B campaigns. Market to distinct enterprise technology audiences, including:
IT professionals & enterprise architects
Cybersecurity & risk leaders
Developers & engineers
Finance & business process professionals
Planners, analysts, and SAP automation users
Leverage deep SAP ecosystem knowledge. Craft messaging that speaks to how these audiences use SAP, AI, and automation to solve real business challenges
Drive measurable growth. Manage performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPC, conversion rates) across all events and optimize for ROI
Develop repeatable playbooks. Systematize what works—standardizing campaign templates, sequences, and dashboards for scalability
Lead and mentor your team. Manage a high-performing group of 2–4 marketers; set goals, coach execution, and ensure accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with content, product, and operations to integrate data, message alignment, and audience insights into every campaign

Required

8+ years of B2B marketing experience —with direct experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology events
Proven expertise in demand generation, funnel optimization, and audience acquisition marketing
Deep understanding of enterprise technology go-to-market strategy, including ABM, lifecycle marketing, and channel mix optimization
Practical, hands-on executioner who thrives in tactical campaign work—copywriting, data analysis, segmentation, and testing
Strong command of persona-based content marketing and positioning for technical and executive audiences
Fluent in marketing automation and analytics tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, or similar Martech stacks
Comfortable leading in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where agility and impact matter most
