Responsibilities
Build financial models that define our operating plan, growth scenarios and economics
Run our annual budgeting process, including forecasting, allocation and scenario planning
Design and run our monthly and quarterly business reviews and financial health exercises together with the executive team
Analyze data across all facets of our business to identify opportunities for improvement as well as growth
Serve as the bridge between operations and finance, working with clinical, product, and ops leads to translate reality into numbers
Coordinate with accountants to make sure we have clean P&L, balance sheet and cash reporting
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of financial services (Consulting / Banking / Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance / Strategy & Ops / BizOps)
Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with complex data
Detail-oriented and have a 'measure twice, cut once' approach when working with financial data
Take ownership and are a resourceful self-starter—you proactively seek context, solve ambiguous problems, and anticipate stakeholder needs
Communicate complex insights clearly, tailoring your message for different audiences
Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoy collaborating with marketing, clinical, and operations teams
Excited about joining a mission-driven company and creating the financial foundation for scale
