Responsibilities

Manage and execute the social media content strategy and calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice and strategic alignment

Lead day-to-day activities to maintain all social network accounts and communications on platforms, including IG, TikTok, Facebook etc

Create engaging content personally, including appearing on camera and serving as a key brand voice

Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to each channel's unique formats and audiences (Reels vs. Carousels vs. Stories vs. TikTok)

Collaborate with creators to build authentic partnerships and expand our reach

Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Creative Strategy, and Influencer teams to ensure cohesive campaigns

Track and analyze social performance metrics to continuously optimize engagement, reach, and overall social presence

Manage our community manager and ensure consistent voice across social channels

Stay plugged into emerging social trends and adapt our strategy quickly to capitalize on new opportunities
