Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for core industry platforms and internal applications

Facilitate the integration and setup of new users during transitions and office expansions

Develop and maintain instructional resources and educational content to improve system utilization

Collaborate with external partners and service providers to resolve complex system discrepancies

Monitor various data streams and assist with back-office reporting functions to maintain accuracy

Implement best practices for system security and regulatory adherence across the organization
