Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling software releases across environments (dev, QA, staging, production)
Coordinate with developers, testers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure release readiness
Maintain release calendars, documentation, and version tracking
Support build, deployment, and rollback activities
Monitor release progress and resolve basic issues or escalate when needed
Ensure compliance with change management and quality standards
Participate in release meetings, post-release reviews, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
0–2 years experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or release coordination
Basic understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.)
Understanding of ITIL or change management concepts
