Responsibilities
Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to assembly, logistics, or material handling
Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand-held scanners
Maintain material flow to production lines and support product shipments or receipts
Perform quality checks and verify part accuracy
Follow work instructions, key sheets, or Bills of Material (BOM)
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
Maintain a safe, organized work environment through 5S and proper PPE usage
Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Basic computer or scanner experience (required for Logistics Clerk)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations
PIV certification preferred; required for Forklift Operator role
