Responsibilities
Provide classroom instruction consistent with Instructional System Development (ISD)
Develop, validate, and review training products to include lessons plans, scripts, visual aids, and input cards
Coordinate students, resources, and room availability
Identify and recommend improvements/upgrades to systems
Interface with internal and external agencies as required maintaining up-to-date training programs
Coordinate instructional activities with training managers and Government training personnel
Qualification
Required
An active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain
3+ years of instructor experience, preferably using the ADDIE model or ISD
Experience teaching EW fundamentals
Possess working knowledge of operational level command and control
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and deliverables with minimal guidance
Skilled in public speaking
Demonstrated ability to prepare quality products including lesson plans and briefings
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (i.e, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF)
Preferred
Experience instructing the Counter Communications System, Bounty Hunter or equivalent weapon system and corresponding training program
Experience with using operating, or knowledge of Patriot Excalibur (PEX)
