Supply Chain Analyst, Integrated Planning and Analysis (Contract)
Novelis is a leader in aluminum recycling and rolling, providing sustainable aluminum solutions. They are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support their North America Supply Chain team by analyzing loss intelligence and improving efficiency in production processes.

Responsibilities
Report daily actuals vs. plan with detailed loss intelligence to Novelis senior management and Ford
Collect, analyze, and share loss intelligence to drive continuous improvement
Partner with Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) and Operations Technology (OT) teams to automate and interpret metal flow on a coil basis—by supplier, customer, and customer grade
Develop projections for near-term performance based on production and supply data
Scope and analyze the entire process from HB supply to FG posting, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and ability to learn complex production processes quickly
Hands-on experience with SAP for data extraction, reporting, and interpretation
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent communication skills to present insights to senior leadership and external partners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field
Prior experience in manufacturing or production analytics
Knowledge of KPIs related to production efficiency and loss reduction
