Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions
Perform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Salesforce features and integrations
Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications
Provide technical support during system testing and deployment phases
Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.)
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Architect certifications
Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
