As a Truck Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing work orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the operational needs of the Truck Service team.

Responsibilities

Provide first-rate service to customers through extensive knowledge of products and services
Write work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions
Ensure that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came
Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where customer expectations are exceeded
Have strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue
Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions
Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customers
Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery
Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types
Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred
Strong suggestive selling skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions
A valid driver's license
