In this role, you will create visually striking and high-performing digital assets for various online campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and staying current with design trends.

Responsibilities

Produce high-impact graphics for email campaigns, website content, digital ads, social media, and other online channels
Design assets optimized for email performance, responsiveness, and A/B testing
Ensure all digital assets maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to keep our marketing fresh and compelling
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time while maintaining open communication with stakeholders
Stay current on digital design trends, marketing innovations, and competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve

Required

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital design, preferably in ecommerce or retail
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, email design, web assets, and performance-focused campaigns
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other modern design software; Canva a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, but not required
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is highly desirable
