Responsibilities
Own customer outcomes: work directly with end users and executives to map workflows, define success, and turn requirements into shipped software
Be hands-on technical: design, code, and troubleshoot implementations; unblock complex integrations and data flows
Stand up the function: hire, mentor, and lead a small team of forward-deployed engineers; establish playbooks, SLAs, and quality bars
Close the loop with product/eng: turn bespoke solutions into platform capabilities; influence roadmaps with grounded field signals
Operate with urgency: move from discovery → prototype → production quickly; measure impact and iterate
Qualification
Required
4+ years of software engineering with evidence of end-to-end ownership and customer-facing delivery
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Go; strong SQL/data modeling
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders; comfort leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects
Experience leading or mentoring engineers; appetite to build a team and processes from zero
Willing to travel ~25% to customer sites
Preferred
