Responsibilities

As part of the month-end close process you will follow GAAP for revenue recognition, accrual accounting, and account reconciliations
Budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, market modeling, sales analysis, business development, gross margin, capital, headcount and other facets of the complete P&L
Becomes the lead facilitator for the company’s ERP system and go-to resource for changes, maintenance, and administration
Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance management
Provides routine reports to leadership
Partners with key stakeholders to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle
Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis
Complies with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees and business customers
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
3+ years of strong analytical experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and proven skillset for financial modeling
Previous experience working with a modern ERP like NetSuite (exposure to ERP software implementation a plus)
Experience working with financial systems applications and ability to demonstrate technical proficiency
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail

Preferred

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree, or equivalent working experience preferred
