Responsibilities
Support efforts to structure and model content, navigation, and data flows across the MHV platform
Work closely with UX researchers, designers, and product teams to create intuitive user pathways
Support the development of taxonomies, metadata models, and content governance strategies
Support accessibility, equity, and scalability in Information Architecture approaches
Support research synthesis and contribute to design artifacts and documentation
Other relevant duties as qualified and trained to execute
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus at least four years of Information Architecture experience
Technical architecture experience in enterprise or federal systems
Experience with VA systems or other government digital services a strong plus
Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.2)
Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
Preferred
Portfolio demonstrating IA systems for complex digital products
