Service Technician
Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking is seeking a Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair various gas detection systems and safety equipment. The role involves entering work orders, processing rental orders, and providing quotes for repairs to customers.
Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair Portable & Fixed Gas Detection Systems
Inspect, maintain, and repair Scott (3M) and MSA SCBA’s, including functional testing
Inspect, maintain, and repair emergency shower and eyewash stations
Enter work orders and submit for billing in a timely manner
Process rental orders using the rental software
Provide quotes for repairs and rentals to the customer
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Inspect, maintain, and repair Portable & Fixed Gas Detection Systems
Inspect, maintain, and repair Scott (3M) and MSA SCBA's, including functional testing
Inspect, maintain, and repair emergency shower and eyewash stations
Enter work orders and submit for billing in a timely manner
Process rental orders using the rental software
Provide quotes for repairs and rentals to the customer
All other duties as assigned
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work effectively
Unwavering commitment to a safe workplace and to safe work practices
Preferred
Two to five years related experience and/or training preferred
Manufacturer certification is preferred; on-the-job training and Manufacturer training is provided
