Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls with potential and existing onsite clients to understand their goals, assess their needs, and recommend the best approach for implementing Buildertrend
Prepare customized consultation agendas in collaboration with customers prior to scheduled onsite visits
Travel approximately two times per month (usually 3–4 consecutive weekdays per trip) to deliver onsite consultations at customer offices or regional remote locations—leading group sessions and facilitating a two-day, best-fit implementation workshop tailored to the customer’s business structure
Define and establish measurable customer action items and produce a written SOP based on customer process after each consultation session
Conduct follow-up calls to review progress, maintain momentum, and use a tailored implementation plan to guide clients through their implementation goals and next steps
Identify opportunities to upsell additional a la carte consultation visits and subscription services, while collaborating closely with the Customer Success team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Valid driver's license required
Eligibility to maintain a passport to travel internationally (primarily to Canada) required
2+ years of account management and/or coaching required
Ability to present yourself in a confident, polished, professional manner
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as public speaking skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, field-ready guidance
Maintain advanced critical thinking skills, specifically as it relates to how a contractor operates their business
Preferred
Experience implementing or supporting construction management platforms preferred
