Responsibilities
Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Conduct a high-level VSM exercise of the current end-to-end capital process—from project inception and funding approval to execution and asset close-out—to identify waste, bottlenecks, and "blind spots."
Process Standardization (SOPs): Design and author a comprehensive library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all capital management activities to ensure global consistency and regulatory compliance
Requirements Engineering: Lead workshops to capture complex business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable Functional and Technical Requirements for system implementation or upgrades
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure alignment on process changes and system requirements
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Systems Analysis, specifically within Capital Management or CapEx-heavy industries
Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools (specifically Value Stream Mapping) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Proven track record of creating 'user-proof' SOPs and technical specification documents (BRDs/FRDs)
Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops, interview stakeholders and distill 'wants' into 'requirements
