Responsibilities

Lead external recruiting efforts for junior- to mid-level investment and portfolio roles, including programmatic hiring and tailored search strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-touch, best-in-class interview and selection experience
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including talent assessment, interview preparation, feedback facilitation, reference checks, and offer development
Leverage data, benchmarks, and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Provide oversight of campus recruiting strategy, including internships, full-time hiring, marketing, and employer branding
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Manage semi-annual performance review and compensation cycles in partnership with HR and senior leadership, including development planning, performance messaging, and system execution
Design and deliver talent development initiatives, including new program creation and enhancement of existing offerings
Lead Analyst and Associate programs, owning end-to-end experience, long-term talent planning, and senior leadership engagement
Provide oversight of the Summer Analyst program in collaboration with HR colleagues
Contribute to initiatives that promote collaboration, mentorship, and a strong apprenticeship culture
Partner with HR on employee surveys, analyzing qualitative and quantitative results to inform action planning

Required

10+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent management
Bachelor's Degree required
Professional services or financial services industry experience required

Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
High degree of discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
