Responsibilities
Design and develop front-end and back-end components of web applications using .NET Core 3.1/.NET 5.0, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Collaborate closely with other developers to understand requirements, to design and deliver solutions using various technologies, taking into account critical performance characteristics, security measures and customer requirements
Review and document software failures and take or recommend corrective action
Ensures security and integrity of all systems and data
Identify opportunities to improve performance of existing applications/processes and implement
Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Design and develop front-end and back-end components of web applications using .NET Core 3.1/.NET 5.0, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Collaborate closely with other developers to understand requirements, to design and deliver solutions using various technologies, taking into account critical performance characteristics, security measures and customer requirements
Review and document software failures and take or recommend corrective action
Ensures security and integrity of all systems and data
Identify opportunities to improve performance of existing applications/processes and implement
Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and associated development technologies, particularly Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework and LINQ
Intermediate understanding of design patterns and principles, particularly Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
3+ years' experience developing .NET applications in C# or similar object-oriented languages
2+ years of strong front-end skills in HTML/CSS and React for building modern and responsive user interfaces
Experienced with SQL, RESTful APIs, good understanding of data structures and design patterns
Experience with Git for version control
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
This role will require an onsite interview and may include future onsite meetings for team building and strategy sessions
This job operates in a professional office environment
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, smart phones, photocopiers/scanners, shredders and filing cabinets
