Carrot is a global fertility and family care platform that supports members through significant life moments. The Partnerships Development Director will lead the creation and execution of strategic partnerships, focusing on identifying opportunities and driving deals from pitch to contract close.

Responsibilities

Assess market size, partner fit, competitive landscape and value creation
Identify and prioritize net new partnership opportunities that are aligned to Carrot’s growth strategy
Lead initial outreach and pitch conversations with prospective partners - at all levels and functions
Coordinate internal stakeholders, track deal stage progression and proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward
Ensure external and internal alignment before formal contracting begins- including but not limited to business terms, partnership milestones, GTM strategies
Assist with contract negotiation and execution

Required

A Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in consulting, partnerships, strategy, or in a strategic sales role
Experience assessing market opportunity and partner fit
Ability to develop and deliver tailored partnership pitches and value propositions
Hands-on experience managing pipeline and opportunities in a CRM (ex: Salesforce)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level interactions

Preferred

Proven experience sourcing and progressing net-new partnership opportunities
Strong track record of successful partnership deal structures
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and levels
Familiarity with contract negotiations
