Responsibilities
Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, fast, and reliable deployments across multiple AWS accounts
Manage and optimize our AWS environment, including ECS Fargate, and potentially integrate with the AWS Marketplace
Increase monitoring, logging, and visibility across our multi-tenant and single-tenant infrastructures
Contribute to backend services and data engineering tasks, leveraging your Python coding experience
Collaborate with a small engineering team to automate processes, balance deployment speed with reliability, and support a fast-paced startup environment
Qualification
Required
3 - 10 years of experience in a DevOps role with a software engineering background
Experience building and automating infrastructure self-sufficiently
Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines
Experience in early-stage startups or smaller team environment (less than 20 people)
Deep experience with AWS and cloud architecture
Strong background in Python for building tools
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Strong communications to work with client and cross-functional stakeholders
Able to work in-office 2-4 days/week
