Responsibilities

Provide Legendary Service to both internal and external customers by living our Core Values daily
Provide a variety of banking tasks such as handling deposits and withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts
Engage with customers by exploring their needs and offering banking services and/or products that are in the best interest of the customer
Engage other business units as necessary by making appropriate referrals of traditional and non-traditional banking products and services
Own and manage projects and promote a strong team and organizational culture
Be friendly, organized and enjoy adding value to the customer experience
Have a strong desire to learn and support the banking center with an authentic, fun and engaging attitude
Be a self-motivated, courteous and professional individual and juggle tasks while keeping everything and everyone supported on time and in order
Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable
Actively listen to customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations
Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer
Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services
Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations

Preferred

Cash Handling And/or Customer Service Experience
Basic math skills, PC and typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner
Look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs
