$35/hr - $40/hrREQ Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Coordinator to support the Ingredient Procurement Operations team during a critical compliance initiative. This role will focus on tracking, validating, and reporting ingredient changes driven by new U.S. federal and state legislation requiring packaging and formula updates across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master trackers and reporting metrics for ingredient changes
Validate data accuracy across multiple systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Create and monitor item setup requests at significantly increased volumes (up to 200x current activity)
Track SKU transition timing weekly and proactively plan to prevent inventory write-offs (IWO)
Support heightened levels of project work, including PDR, PWR, SCR activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of ingredient changes
Assist with strategic initiatives such as company phased progression
Provide consistent reporting to mitigate compliance risks and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience with reporting and systems, including SAP and advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience with company systems and processes
Project management experience in a procurement or operations setting
Familiarity with ingredient compliance and regulatory requirements in the food industry
