Responsibilities
Embed with customer executives, operators, and technical teams to define ambiguous problems and turn them into working systems
Design and build production software and AI workflows from first principles
Rapidly ship, iterate, and harden systems used by real teams in high-stakes environments
Translate field learnings into reusable product patterns and core platform capabilities
Own projects end-to-end: architecture, delivery, iteration, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Typically 4+ years building and shipping real production systems
Strong computer science foundations and systems engineering ability
Experience in early-stage or high-ownership environments (startup, founding team, new product, internal platform built from scratch)
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
Demonstrated curiosity and self-direction around AI, whether through professional work or personal exploration
Hands-on builder who can lead when needed, but prefers owning problems directly
