Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise clients, from identifying renewal opportunities, expansion opportunities, and closing deals
Conduct in-depth account analysis to identify high-potential expansion opportunities and develop targeted outreach plans to existing clients
Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior executives at key accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs and conducting re-occurring business reviews
Create and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate the value RemoteLock offers, addressing client challenges, and showing clear ROI
Negotiate complex agreements, securing outcomes that benefit both RemoteLock and the client
Sustain a healthy sales pipeline, regularly exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management using Salesforce
Report performance data and multifamily market trends to internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, support, and product to tailor solutions that meet multifamily-specific needs
Identify feedback from the multifamily market to guide improvements to our products, go-to-market strategy, and partner programs
Stay current with industry trends, technology shifts, and market demands within the multifamily housing landscape

Required

4+ years of experience in multifamily sales or working directly with multifamily owners, property management companies, or integrators
10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, access control, smart home, or building automation industries
A high achiever with a track record of consistently ranking in the top 10-20% in prior roles
Skilled at building enduring relationships with decision-makers at enterprise levels, especially within the U.S. Multifamily markets (Required)
Well-versed in the U.S. Multifamily markets, familiar with its challenges and experience selling innovative access control software solutions
Experienced in navigating complex sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder negotiations, and closing significant contracts
Strategic and organized in developing and executing sales plans, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate forecasts
A strong communicator who excels at delivering presentations that align with client needs and emphasizes RemoteLock's unique benefits
Highly skilled with Salesforce.com for managing communications, tracking opportunities, and ensuring pipeline transparency
Self-motivated, innovative, and entrepreneurial approach
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and working well with others
