They are seeking a Recruiter to support their Bellefontaine and Marysville customer base by recruiting, screening, and placing candidates while establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates
Establish focused recruiting plans
Review media and weekly ads to identify trends, needs, and prospects
Maintain and document candidate communication within the recruiting database
Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders, and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary employees to meet client needs and expectations
Execute relationship-driven client visits ensuring customer satisfaction
Answer phones in a professional manner by assisting callers and directing calls as necessary
Assist applicants with the application and onboarding process
Complete drug screening and background checks for potential employees
Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct orientations
Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new business
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
MUST be able to prioritize and multitask
Computer literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and Google products
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change
Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
Must be energetic and enjoy talking with candidates and clients on the phone and in person
Must be ready to work hard and play hard in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
