Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and develop new business opportunities within the specialty insurance market
Engage with prospective clients via warm calling, nurturing leads through personalized communication and relationship building
Present and explain complex insurance products and coverage options clearly and confidently to clients
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and demonstrating value propositions
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales process

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management
Inside Sales or Business Development: 2 years (Required)
20-44 Personal Lines Agent or 2-20 General Lines Agent (Required)
Ability to Commute: Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 (Required)

Preferred

Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on insurance or related industries preferred
Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
Knowledge of insurance products, technical sales processes, or specialty lines is a plus but not mandatory
