Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact through the customer post-sales lifecycle, defining success plans with clear outcomes
Collaborate with senior-level account stakeholders to implement the customer's strategy efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and productivity using Adobe's emerging solutions
Partner with Strategic Development to develop and execute targeted adoption strategies
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and effective use of the customer engagement model
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in technology success or services
Proven effectiveness in managing large, complex, and strategic customer accounts
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
