End User Support Specialist
Hospitality Solutions is an innovative technology provider powered by SynXis®, the leading global hospitality commerce and distribution platform. The End User Support Specialist will provide onsite desktop and VIP support, configure and provision devices, and manage ticket lifecycles in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality support for the executive leadership and HQ staff.
Responsibilities
End user support: Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and local network issues for HQ staff
VIP support: Provide prioritized, discreet, and responsive support for executive leadership and Csuite
Device provisioning: Image, enroll, configure, and secure laptops and mobile devices (iOS and Android) for onsite and remote users
Ticket management: Triage, document, escalate, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM according to SLAs
Remote support: Perform remote troubleshooting, coordinate device shipping/receiving, and provide handson configuration for global users when required
Asset and CMDB management: Maintain hardware/software inventory, update CMDB entries, and support lifecycle activities
Collaboration and escalation: Work with networking, security, and systems teams on complex incidents and participate in postmortems
Oncall and events: Provide occasional afterhours support for executive events or critical incidents
Qualification
Required
2+ years of handson end user or desktop support experience
Proven experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Strong troubleshooting skill with the Microsoft 365 Suite of Products
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS
Experience provisioning and managing laptops and mobile devices; familiarity with MDM enrollment
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and endpoint security tools
Excellent verbal and written communication and professional demeanor for VIP interactions
Ability to work onsite at headquarters and travel occasionally
High level of discretion handling confidential information
Preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop, or Apple ACMT not required by preferred
Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE) and imaging tools (SCCM, Autopilot, Jamf Pro)
Prior experience supporting executive leadership or Csuite
Familiarity with asset management and CMDB processes
