Cyber Operations Plans Analyst

Responsibilities
Provides analytic CO and IO expertise to USCYBERCOM J3 in the analysis of Service, Joint, and Component CO and IO impacts and doctrinal issues in the development of operation orders and other orders-related products
To ensure proper protection of intelligence and information during planning efforts
Assists other staff personnel both within and outside of USCYBERCOM to identify issues and develop solutions for USCYBERCOM operations
Maintains and applies professional senior work level of USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, and DoD security and classification policy guidance governing access to and need to know (NTK) of planning partners
Provides "on the scene" expertise and management skills to resolve emergent issues that threaten progress toward achievement of program objectives
Directly contributes to time-sensitive planning
Monitors execution of CO and IO related plans and orders as a planning member of CO and IO planning efforts
Qualification
Required
One year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Analyzing cyber operations and information operations to identify the impacts on agency
Maintaining necessary security and information policies in order to protect sensitive information
Monitoring the execution of cyber operation and information operation plans in order to resolve emergent issues that might hinder the progress of program objectives
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counter intelligence scope polygraph exam
This is a Drug Testing Designated Position; This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program
The employee may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime
Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation

Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest.
