Responsibilities

Exemplify our five core values (Safety, Others, Integrity, Initiative, and Passion)
Use a variety of techniques including face-to-face sales, telephone sales, cold calling, emails, conferences, and similar
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain our service or product value
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Keep accurate records, prepare proposals, and other administrative tasks using company-designated software and methods
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Adhere to safety procedures including conforming to all OSHA standards and properly using personal protective equipment (PPE)
Recognize and report any hazardous conditions or behaviors and defective equipment
Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual goals and quotas
Operate company-vehicle safely
Confer with supervisors to make sales decisions
Participate in company meetings, trainings, and state licensure programs
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate using various digital methods
Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to drive company vehicles
Must have the ability to sit, kneel, bend, stand, or walk for 5-10 hours a day
Must have the ability to infrequently lift, push, pull, or move 25 pounds or more
Must have the ability to travel 50 – 75% by vehicle, with overnight travel throughout territory
Must be able to physically evaluate customer sites using required personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience of previous work-related skill, knowledge or experience preferred
