OFFICE MANAGER
Pilson Auto Centers is looking for an Office Manager to oversee various office and administrative tasks that support the dealership's operations. The role involves managing daily deposits, payroll tasks, and supervising subordinate staff members while ensuring clear accounts and preparing various reports.

Responsibilities
Prepare and complete daily morning and evening deposits
Perform various administrative duties such as pulling contracts, entering information in VEH, making payoffs, finalizing deals for all locations and creating various paperwork packets
Complete payroll tasks such as approving timecards, entering driver pay, tech hours and finalizing payroll
Ensure accounts are clear for all stores and reconciling bank statements
Prepare various daily reports such as sales commission, attendance and more as-needed
Handle a variety of occasional administrative tasks such as balancing cash drawer, cashiering, CVR title work, purchase used inventory, answering phones, answering support questions, etc
Supervising and providing direction to subordinate staff members
Various other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Internet software and Order processing systems
