Must be a US Citizen
9 Years with Bachelor of Science degree in related field; 7 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a PhD
Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, or major infrastructure overhauls) on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of applicable project management experience successfully managing enterprise-level IT projects
Experience in heavily regulated industry such as defense or government contracting
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM Module)
Expert level knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
Leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Technical background with ability to communicate complex information to various audiences
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills using data and AI insights
Financial management experience with complex budgets
Experience managing projects with outsourced partners and service providers
Shipbuilding or manufacturing industry experience preferred
AI literacy including understanding of fundamentals, lifecycle management, cloud AI platforms, and application to project management and IT operations
Experience with DevOps/MLOps frameworks
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in enterprise environments
Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation
PMP Certification
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management experience
