Responsibilities
Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions
Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products
Use your understanding of JavaScript (ECMAScript) to guide customers through technical details
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation
Collaborate with your teammates to share insights and continuously improve how we work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
Some experience with coding languages, especially JavaScript (ECMAScript)
The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and growing with the company
