Responsibilities

Independently manage local and national litigation cases across California
Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
Review, analyze, and respond to discovery requests
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Trial preparation and support
Maintain accurate and organized time records

Qualification

Defense litigation experienceJuris Doctor (JD)California Bar admissionMotion practiceResearchWriting skillsAnalytical skillsIndependent workTime management

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense general liability and/or product liability litigation; 3rd to 6th year from Bar admittance
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in California
Experience with motion practice and taking lead in depositions (plaintiff and expert)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle complex matters efficiently
