This role focuses on printed circuit board (PCB) layout and design support across complex electrical and electronic systems, collaborating with various teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain PCB layouts in alignment with engineering schematics and system requirements
Support PCB documentation including BOMs, fabrication drawings, assembly documentation, and release packages
Work within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to manage design data and revisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design reviews, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain alignment
Ensure accuracy and completeness of design files and technical documentation
Support PCB release, change control, and documentation governance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or
Graduate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or
8+ years of equivalent professional experience in PCB layout or electrical design support
Experience working with PLM tools such as Agile, Teamcenter, or similar platforms
Knowledge of PCB design fundamentals including schematics, BOMs, fabrication, assembly, and mechanical interfaces
Hands-on experience with PCB layout tools such as PADS, Xpedition, Cadence, Valor, or comparable software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical design files
Preferred
Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related discipline
Experience supporting cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Familiarity with PCB release processes, change control, and design documentation governance
