Required
Bachelor's Degree

In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
Preferred
Demonstrating specialized training in technology preferred
Applying AI to workforce and HR challenges
Gaining exposure to LLMOps / MLOps in enterprise environments
Showing interest in AI governance and responsible AI
Translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions
Bringing hands-on experience with Python and Generative AI frameworks
Understanding data privacy, security, and governance
Working effectively across functional and technical teams
