They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support operational successes by handling product/process development projects and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Handle product/process development projects from inception through first article approval utilizing standard manufacturing processes as well as rapid prototype technologies
Develop and create written processes and instructions
Provide a structured approach to the identification and development of best practices within production areas
Assist in various aspects of development and lend technical assistance to various departments while complying with all safety and environmental rules and regulations
Ensure the preparation of parts and appropriate SOPs are followed to ensure customer specifications are met
Follow set specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools, programs, and techniques
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) castings experience in a Turbine Aerofoils industry
Working knowledge of materials science, mechanical, or industrial engineering
Specific investment casting experience
