Responsibilities

Work directly with the CFO on investor materials, board presentations, and strategic financial narratives
Own the development of financial models, scenario analyses, and long-range planning
Drive SaaS metrics reporting and benchmarking against public cybersecurity companies
Support fundraising processes, due diligence, and investor relations
Translate complex financial data into compelling visual stories for executive audiences
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and market expansion

Qualification

Required

7+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or FP&A at a high-growth technology company
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics (ARR, NDR, CAC/LTV, Rule of 40)
Track record of building investor presentations and supporting fundraising or exit processes
Exceptional financial modeling skills and comfort with complex, multi-scenario analyses
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with board-level stakeholders
Fluency in English required

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or related B2B technology sectors strongly preferred
Italian is a plus
